We help you recover 1P reimbursements for shipment shortages, Chargebacks, and Co-op charges
1P Amazon brands lose up to 5% of annual revenue from shipment shortages, Co-Op disputes, and chargebacks. Tackling these challenges demands time-consuming manual work and navigating complex Amazon data. RefundPros utilizes advanced proprietary software and expert analysts to recover these funds, freeing up resources to accelerate your business growth.
● Shipment shortages for Amazon 1P vendors are the largest claim type, and this occurs when the quantity of items shipped doesn’t match what Amazon receives.
● These shortages impact a vendor’s business by causing stockouts, lost sales, and potential chargebacks.
● Chargeback fees for Amazon 1P vendors are penalties for failing to meet shipping, labelling, packaging, or compliance requirements.
● These fees impact a vendor’s business by increasing costs, reducing profit margins, and potentially damaging performance metrics.
● Incorrect co-op charges for Amazon 1P vendors occur when Amazon incorrectly applies fees for marketing or promotional activities.
● These charges impact a vendor’s business by increasing costs, reducing profit margins, and potentially harming relationships with Amazon.
● As an Amazon 1P seller, you have the opportunity to review up to the past 5 years of transactions to claim reimbursements for errors made by Amazon.
● No Start-Up Fees or Hidden Costs
● 15% Commission On Reimbursements Recovered
● Rate Negotiable Based On Annual Sales
● No Contracts or Long Term Commitments
The Amazon Vendor program is an exclusive, invite-only opportunity. If you’re supplying products directly to Amazon rather than selling to end customers, you’re operating under a vendor agreement. However, if you’re selling directly to customers with Amazon handling order fulfillment, you’re likely using a Seller account.
While you can’t completely eliminate shortages and chargebacks, you can definitely cut down on the headaches with better labelling and thorough documentation. You will also need to follow Amazon’s shipping and routing guidelines to the letter. From packaging standards to delivery timelines, compliance is key to avoiding shortages or penalty fees.
A dispute for a shortage can only be done up to one year after the payment due date. However, a re-dispute (If the Vendor has already created a dispute and reopens the case with a different pathway) can go back five years.
Once you set the permissions, we have everything we need to submit all three reimbursement types. The only involvement we would need from you is confirmation that you sent everything you promised to send in your ASNs.
