Amazon FBA Auditing

Amazon sellers that do not request FBA reimbursements lose 1-3% of their revenue annually. Unclaimed FBA reimbursements can impact profit margins and make it difficult to achieve other business objectives. Hidden in complex reports, these funds often go unnoticed and can be extremely time-consuming to recover. Our audits and skilled analysts help you recover lost revenue weekly, ensuring you get back every penny Amazon owes you. Don’t let your profits slip away. Act now to maximize your reimbursements and protect your bottom line.

1. Is my data secure?

Yes, we use advanced data encryption (128 and 256-bit SSL encryption and OAuth2.0 authentication) to store your information. The account access that you grant to us is protected by a strong password and Amazon’s 2-step authentication.

RefundPros will not sell, trade, distribute, or otherwise divulge your information or data to outside parties unless legally required to do so. Your data will only be stored and used for the purpose of providing the RefundPros Marketplace Auditing service.

2. Can I open cases myself?

Yes, you can absolutely open cases on your behalf. However, most businesses find it more cost-effective and hassle-free to let us handle everything. Think of us as a cleaning service—sweeping up the refunds Amazon might have missed!

3. How do I know I’ve been paid by Amazon?

Here is a link to a video explaining how to reconcile the reimbursements you’ve received!

4. How do you avoid duplicating cases?

RefundPros audits accounts weekly and uses an advanced backend system to track open cases, ensuring no duplication. We understand that duplicate submissions could jeopardize your seller account, which is why we have both physical and procedural safeguards in place to prevent it from happening.

5. How often will my seller account be audited for reimbursements?

Weekly auditing for most of the key reimbursement types, and bi-weekly auditing for the other reimbursement scenarios.

6. How does your software work?

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to access their API. Our proprietary software then scans your reports for reimbursement opportunities. Once identified, your dedicated case manager and our research team analyze the results and begin securing refunds for Amazon’s mistakes on your behalf.

7. Do I have to download software?

No, you do not need to download any software and we do not require access to your internal reporting or systems.

8. Is there a risk of repercussion from Amazon if we use your service?

No, as long as all of Amazon’s policies and procedures are being obeyed, you are within your rights to request reimbursements for mistakes that are made with your inventory. RefundPros is an approved Amazon developer, and we always adhere to Amazon’s strict policies.

9. What are RefundPros fees and are there any contracts?

We are a performance-based service – our fee starts at a 25% commission on reimbursements recovered, however, this is negotiable on a seller-by-seller basis. No other start-up fees or hidden costs. No contracts, or long-term commitments – use us as long as you’d like and cancel anytime!

10. Why am I getting charged for inventory reimbursements?

While we don’t charge for “found inventory,” we do charge a fee on inventory reimbursement that Amazon has assigned a cash value to. This isn’t just an inventory adjustment—it’s a new product being given to you that you didn’t have before.
