Partnering with RefundPros maximizes your refund recovery, creates zero administrative burden or change to how you work, and ensures you pay the lowest commission available.
Our service prevents lost revenue by catching every eligible late delivery, billing mistake, and unclaimed refund – all without your team lifting a finger.
Unlike manual processes or automated software that file duplicate or non-compliant claims, we combine automated auditing with human verification by in-house FedEx policy experts.
This ensures every claim is accurate, compliant, and approved. Refunds go directly to your FedEx account, improving cash flow and profit margins.
By holding Fed Ex accountable to its service guarantees, our clients see improvements in shipment reliability and delivery performance. With our performance-based pricing, businesses of all sizes – from small e-commerce stores to large logistics operations — can recover refunds with no risk, no setup cost, and no disruption to operations.

Our FedEx refund service operates on a simple, performance-based model — we only get paid when you get paid.
RefundPros charges just a 25% commission on successfully recovered FedEx refunds — the lowest rates in the industry. Most carrier audit providers charge 40–50%, lock businesses into yearly contracts, or add hidden service fees. With us, there are no startup costs, no monthly subscriptions, and no fees unless FedEx approves and applies a credit to your account. This means you immediately keep 75% of every refund — money that would have otherwise been lost. For high-volume FedEx shippers, our commission rate is negotiable, making it even more cost-effective for enterprise-level operations. Our service also eliminates manual work — no tracking, no claims filing, no follow-up with FedEx — allowing businesses to recover money automatically while focusing on operations, fulfillment, and growth. In short, you save more, spend less time on administration, and pay the lowest commission rate in the industry.
We make FedEx refund recovery effortless — our ‘set and forget’ FedEx refund service requires no paperwork, no claims calls, no manual tracking.
It takes 2 minutes to register and once secure access is granted to your FedEx billing account, our system automatically begins scanning every invoice and shipment. We compare actual delivery times against FedEx’s guaranteed delivery commitments and check for shipment errors, billing inaccuracies, dimensional weight mistakes, and duplicate charges. When we find a qualifying shipment, we verify eligibility, submit the refund claim directly to FedEx, track it through resolution, and confirm the credit has been applied to your account or invoice. If documentation is required, our team handles it. You don’t have to fill out forms, log support tickets, or follow up with FedEx. Refunds appear on your FedEx invoice, and only then do we invoice our 25% commission. There are no contracts, no long-term commitments — just automatic refund recovery.
Automated FedEx audits ensure you never miss a claim and never have to manually track a shipment again.
Manually claiming FedEx refunds requires monitoring each tracking number, comparing timestamps, filling out forms, and submitting claims within 15 days — a process that is nearly impossible at volume. Automated auditing solves this by continuously monitoring every shipment and identifying eligible refunds instantly. It ensures 100% coverage — no late delivery, incorrect surcharge, or duplicate billing ever goes unnoticed. Automation also eliminates human error, reduces time spent on administration, and ensures claims are filed faster and more accurately than internal teams or manual spreadsheet tracking. Most importantly, automation means refund recovery becomes a set and forget process — with money coming back into your business continuously without extra work.
Not every shipment qualifies for a refund, but many more do than most businesses realize.
A FedEx shipment qualifies for a refund when it fails to meet the delivery commitment time for eligible services under the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee policy. This includes FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2Day, International Priority, and other time-definite services (Note, eligible services vary by country and may be impacted by temporary suspensions to certain money back guarantees.) If a package arrives late — even by 60 seconds for Express shipments — the full shipping cost may be refundable. Other eligible refund scenarios include duplicate charges, incorrect fuel surcharges, dimensional weight billing errors, packages billed but never shipped, and address correction errors applied mistakenly. However, refunds are not automatic. Claims must be identified and filed within 15 days of the invoice date, with accurate shipment details. Refunds are not granted when delays are caused by severe weather, customs holds, natural disasters, or if service guarantees have been waived in your FedEx contract. Because RefundPros audits every shipment, we identify all eligible cases — not just late deliveries — and ensure every claim is submitted accurately and on time.
